Wine Wednesdays | Art at Home and in Europe

Wine Wednesday
Hungarian National Gallery
September 18, 2024

18:00 - 22:00

If it’s Wednesday, it’s Wine Wednesday!

Our most popular series of events will offer, this year again, an unusual museum programme for art and wine lovers. After the July programme, art lovers can enjoy special exhibitions, exciting guided tours, live music and wine tasting on 18 September. The themes of this year’s Wine Festivals will be based around the recently renewed permanent exhibitions, with the final programme focusing on the international collection and the Modern Times exhibition of twentieth century art.

This year, K&H Private Bank, one of the leading and dynamically growing private banks in the financial market, joined the event as a main sponsor. With the support of a financial institution committed to innovation and sustainability, and with the recommendation of Fanni Hatos, sommelier at the Michelin-starred SALT restaurant and the Wine Association’s wine liaison, this year’s event will be the first in the history of the programme to offer the opportunity to present Hungarian natural wineries, which are internationally renowned and recognised, whose wines are made from grapes grown using organic or biodynamic approaches, without additives.

Don’t miss Wine Wednesday in September and enjoy the wonderful panorama from the terrace of the National Gallery in the company of a couple of fine glasses of wine!
