Golden Middle Ages

Gothic winged altars are one of the outstanding features of medieval Hungary. During the tour we will introduce the most important pieces of their collection. Meanwhile, the biblical stories come to life, the symbols reveal themselves.
We can also get to know one of the most important Hungarian rulers, King Matthias, who was the first to introduce the Renaissance beyond the Alps, and whose memory can be seen in fragments in the palace.
